When the grapes are fully ripe, we begin harvesting. During the harvest, we avoid damaged and rotten fruits. Krstšica grape brandy is colorless. It is made from fermented grape beetle. Exquisite freshness and beautifully balanced, with a slight herbal note and a touch of fresh rosemary. This brandy is best served nicely chilled as an aperitif.
