Krstašica PLUM 10

For our plum brandy, we choose only ripe fruits from our orchards. In preparation for fermentation, pits are removed from the fruit, and fermentation is conducted in controlled conditions, which is a prerequisite for quality raw material for distillation. The dark color of amber, aromatic composition and full taste gets thanks to its aging for 10 years in Serbian oak barrels. Extremely rich scent of ripe plums intertwined with aromas of prunes, vanilla, coffee, and mild smoke.

It is excellent as an aperitif drink or as a companion of traditional mezetluk (fatty cheeses and cured meats), roast, grilled meat, accompanying beef steaks, with dessert and coffee or as a digestive.
