Wine gently towards the middle body, light green-yellow color, which thanks to its pronounced acids exudes freshness and flutter. On the fragrance are the primary aromas of elderflowers, while as secondary aromas are present aromas of freshly cut grass and grapefruit. Herbal notes such as asparagus and green tomatoes are present on the taste.
Our Sauvignon Blanc is the ideal companion to dishes such as fresh salads, guacamole, fresh goat or feta cheese, pasta with asparagus and herbs, seafood pasta, grilled trout and grilled shrimps.
