Krstašica APRICOT

In the process of producing brandy, fully ripe and healthy fruits are harvested. Before fermentation, pitted is removed from the fruit, and fermentation is conducted under controlled conditions, which ensures quality raw material for distillation. Distillation is conducted in the traditional way in copper cauldrons, with the application of modern technological methods to separate the best fractions and then aging.

Elegant and beautifully rounded, Krstašica apricot brandy exudes aromas of apricot jam with a long finish full of sweetness typical of this fruit. It can be an excellent choice as an aperitif or a companion of a traditional meze, and it goes very well with toast with mild cream cheese and a slice of dried apricot.
